Enhancing the quality and efficiency of trade unions in public hospitals through party construction

This paper aims to improve employee satisfaction and contribute to the development of public hospitals in the new era by examining the current status and main challenges facing trade union work in these institutions. The proposed approach involves guiding trade unions in public hospitals with party construction, innovating their work modes, and enhancing the overall service quality and efficiency. By focusing on these goals, we hope to promote a more effective and supportive work environment for public hospital employees.

Improving emotional intelligence of secondary vocational students through group counseling: An experimental study

This experimental study aimed to examine the impact of group counseling on emotional intelligence among secondary vocational students. The participants were assigned to either an experimental or control group, and their emotional intelligence was measured using the Emotional Intelligence Scale (EIS). The findings indicate that group counseling is an effective approach for enhancing emotional intelligence among secondary vocational students.

Exploring educators’ perspectives on Greek traditional dance: Developing an instructional design framework

The Greek traditional dance is a complex and multifaceted subject, and previous research conducted in Greece has highlighted the need for effective teaching approaches. In order to address this issue, it is essential to investigate how physical education teachers at the compulsory level perceive this subject. The findings indicate that these teachers' perceptions of the Greek traditional dance are fragmented, confused, and do not align with their teaching practices, resulting in an incomplete understanding of the subject. To address these misconceptions, an instructional design model is proposed to facilitate their teaching practices. This model aims to reconcile the intricate nature of the Greek traditional dance with the principles of effective teaching, thus enabling teachers to teach the subject more comprehensively.
