The entrepreneurship performance is influenced by the entrepreneur competence, courage, market and policies, etc. What are the main factors? What are the subordinates? How about their weights and correlations among them? All these issues haven’t been systematically quantitatively discussed in the existent literature. The further study of these issues is of important theoretic and practical sense. So, the paper makes a study of them by using Structure Equation Modeling. By analyzing the concerned literature, designing questionnaires, investigating and computing the data obtained, the paper has built a Structure Equation Model of the factors affecting the entrepreneurship performance, on which the relative conclusion has been drawn: entrepreneur competence, difficulties and service policy, etc are inter-correlated, but in different stages, their weights vary. Under the current situation of the mainland in China, without the support of the entrepreneurship service, one couldn’t achieve a satisfying performance.
创业业绩受企业家能力、胆魄、市场以及政策等众多要素的影响。哪些是影响创业业绩的主要因素、哪些是次要因素以及各个要素的重要性和这些要素之间的关联性对创业政策和创业活动的管理至关重要。这些问题在现有文献中尚未系统量化探讨，对这些问题做进一步研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。鉴于此，本文采用结构方程建模对这些问题展开研究。通过文献分析、问卷设计、问卷调查及处理，建立影响创业业绩要素的结构方程模型，并得出相关结论：企业家能力、创业困难以及创业服务政策等要素相互影响，但不同创业时期，各个要素重要性不同；当前中国大陆创业环境下，离开创业服务政策的支持，很难取得令人满意的创业业绩。

Imagery is the soul of poetry. It is the key to the accurate understanding of the poetic connotation, theme and artistic conception, and perception of the poets’ emotions. The plant images have long been favored by the literati as an important means to construct the artistic conception and express the theme and emotion of the poetry. Poets tend to express their emotions by use of metaphor of the images, since metaphor is the life principle of poetry. Plant imagery and metaphor are ubiquitous in the poetry of Pound, a representative figure of British and American imagists. This paper is intended to analyze the metaphor phenomenon of plant imagery in Pound’s poetry from the perspective of cognitive linguistics, so as to enable readers to better understand the poetic emotion and connotation from the perspective of imagery and metaphor.
意象是诗歌的灵魂,是准确理解诗歌内涵、把握诗歌主旨、领悟诗歌意境、感知诗人情感的关键，从古至今一直备受文人青睐的植物意象更是建构诗歌意境、表达诗歌主旨和情感的重要手段。诗歌意象表达感情的方式是通过隐喻，隐喻是诗歌的生命原则。在英美意象派代表人物庞德的诗歌中，植物意象是无处不在，隐喻也是如影随形。本文试图从认知语言学的角度分析庞德诗歌中的植物意象隐喻现象，从而使读者能够从意象和隐喻的角度更好地理解诗歌中的情感和内涵。
