Leadership and Policy Quarterly is an international blind peer-reviewed refereed journal published by Untested Ideas (UI) Research Center^®. This journal is dedicated to publishing investigations on new and untested ideas, and disseminating research findings that make original and significant contributions to different areas of leadership and policy. Leadership research includes but not limited to organizational theory; organizational behavior; organization and society; strategic leadership; human resource management; international management; educational leadership; and educational management. Policy research includes but not limited to social policy; educational policy; public policy; politics and policy; policy theory; policy process; policy analysis and evaluation; and methodological approaches to policy research. Leadership and Policy Quarterly (ISSN: 2168-7692) is published quarterly in March, June, September, and December.
